Meet the Founders

The Nursing Nest was founded by Paige and Benjamin Sunnenberg after recognizing how difficult it can be for families to comfortably care for their babies in public settings.

As parents, they understood the need for private, welcoming accommodations that allow families to stay connected to community events while meeting their baby’s needs with dignity and support. Their vision is to build a mobile infant care access model that helps reduce barriers for families and strengthens community connection across Central Ohio.

Paige and Benjamin founded The Nursing Nest to create a practical, supportive resource for families navigating events with infants.

Together, they lead the organization’s vision, partnerships and operations while working to expand access to private infant care accommodations throughout the region. Their work is grounded in the belief that maternal mental health, infant wellbeing and family participation are strengthened when community spaces are designed with families in mind.
